Ingredients for 8 people
 
FOR THE DOUGH:
- Flour: 800g.
- Eggs: 8

 
FOR THE FILLING:
- Lean pork 150 gr.
- Lean veal: 150gr.
- Sausage: 100 gr
- Ham: 100 gr
- Mortadella: 50 gr.
- Egg: 1
- Butter 30 gr.
- Grated Parmesan Cheese: 150 gr.
- Salt: q.b.
